- Qualified vendor recommendations and referrals (venue, florist, DJ, photographer, caterers, rentals, hair, and makeup)
- Assists with budget planning and management
- Review all vendor contracts
- RSVP Management
- Rehearsal and Wedding day coordination and execution of all details
- Ensure that all deliveries are confirmed and delivered to proper locations
- Take care of any last minute details that may arise and handle any issues during the set up or wedding
- Custom design service for items (bridesmaids proposal items, bridal bags, boxes, welcome bags, bridal brooches, and other custom items)

- Begins 30 days out before your wedding day
- Confirms and communicates all services with vendors
